The objectives of Nazarene Missions International are:
Our mission is to "mobilize the church in misson through prayer, education, giving, and interactive experiences.
1. To encourage people to pray for all efforts of world evangelism.
2. To inform people of the world's need and what the church is doing to meet those needs.
3. To challenge children and youth to learn and participate in the mission of the church.
4. To raise funds for mission outreach.
Faith Promise
Each year, Shepherd hosts a Missionary speaker to draw our focus to our role in World Evangelism. One way we support these missions and missionaries is through Faith Promise.
Faith Promise giving is a biblical method used to raise financial support for world evangelization. For our denomination, it is dedicated specifically to the mission support of the Church of the Nazarene through various offerings including: Alabaster, World Mission Broadcast, Nazarene Compassionate Minsitries, deputation, and so forth.
Work & Witness
Each year, we sponsor a Work & Witness trip close to home or abroad so that our people have the opportunity to be involved in ministry around the world.
Check our church calendar and weekly bulletin for upcoming trips, or call or email Dr. Paul if you are interested.
