Shepherd serves our local community though Servant Ministries like Barnabas, Gahanna Lunch Program, and our Wellness Ministries.

Basketball Ministry
During the months of January & February, we have approximately 3,000 people in our building each week for the Youth Basketball League. It takes a church full of volunteers to serve our community though this ministry. You can sign up to coach, greet, pray, encourage, enter data, or just come and watch the excitement.

Wellness Ministries
Shepherd is priviledged to host Tony Mosley from New Source Counseling Center. Tony is available for individual, group, and family counseling in a confidential, Christian environment. Tony works out of the Wellness Office (Room 109) 1-2 days a week. Contact: 1.800.323.7174, ext 2.

We also have a certified RN on call as our Parish Nurse. Charlene Dozier is in the Wellness Office (Room 109) on Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. In addition, blood pressures are taken the second and fourth Sundays of each month from 10:00-10:30 a.m. in the Wellness Office.
